Measurements of various image sensor properties such as spectral response, signal inhomogeneities, noise, crosstalk, error pixel clusters, etc. Creation of laboratory test systems for image sensor characterisation.
SWIR to VIS-Konverter-DIRVIEW
- For detecting infrared radiation in the laboratory, similar to a laser beam transducer card.
- Direct coupling of an InGaAs photodiode array with a green μ-LED array.
- Input spectral range 0.9 to 1.7 μm.
- Output light wavelength 530 nm around. Detection threshold 100 μW/cm2.
FPA64x64-C test board
The test board is for internal testing of the FPA64x64 -C InGaAs matrix sensor in the laboratory and it is also suited for demonstration purposes.
