2-dimensional Focal Plane Arrays (FPA) for NIR (near-infrared) imaging, available cooled and uncooled. Spectral range 0.9 (0.6) µm to 1.7 (2.2) µm and pixel resolution (pixel size) 64 x 64 (40 µm) to 1280 x 1024 (15 µm).

1-dimensional Linear Detector Array (LDA) for the NIR (near infrared) range (0.9 µm to 1.7 µm). Available cooled and uncooled and with a pixel resolution of 512 x 1 (25 µm pixels) or 2048 x 1 (12.5 µm pixels).

For establishing a conductive connection (hybridization) between a photodiode array and a silicon CMOS readout integrated circuit (ROIC) to complete a NIR (near infrared) image sensor assembly
For rangefinding using pulse transit time measurement, LIDAR, automotive, process automation, security. With low-noise internal amplification by an electron avalanche. Spectral range: 0.95 – 1.65 μm. Active diameter: Ø 200 μm. Package types: Bare chip, 6CLCC ceramic, TO46 with/without cooler.
For NIR power measurement, gas detection, spectral analysis, moisture measurement, etc. Spectral ranges: 0.9 – 1.7 μm / 0.6 – 1.7 μm / 1.2 – 2.2 μm (on request). Active diameters: Ø 500 μm / Ø 950 μm / Ø 1850 μm / Ø 3000 μm / Ø 5000 μm. Package types: Bare chip, TO, T1, T2, CLCC (on request).
